WHY IS IT SAYING MY NOKIA E5 IS NOT COMPATIBLE NOW??? IT WORKED FINE UNTIL I DID A HARD RESET…ALSO SAYS IT WONT START ON MY OLD E71 EITHER…THEY ARE BOTH STRAIGHTTALK PHONES…THEY BOTH WORKED FINE UNTIL VERY RECENTLY.
